The ModelLA Project
(For historical purposes only...)
'ModelLA' is a Process Modelling software application intended mainly
for educational use. A joint project between the University of California
at Berkeley and the Massachusetts Institure of Technology, it is a
visually-oriented system for building models of chemical processes and
plant that is based on, and illuminates, the natural organization of
such processes. It allows the student to deal immediately with the
components of the process under investigation, giving him a direct grasp
of the interactions and relations involved.
